22,500 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL AND RESIDENTIAL
LOCATION: NEWARK, DELAWARE
COMPLETION STATUS: IN DEVELOPMENT
A design-build partnership with DiSabatino Construction has led to, what we feel, to be one of the nicest building designs in Newark, Delaware. The building takes its cues from the local historic vernacular, as well as typical masonry high rises from our urban neighbors. The building uses stone with historic masonry modularity, while freshening it up with fiber cement panels to create a design that straddles the old and new. 92 Main consists of a ground floor retail space and three levels of residential housing.
